I love Boca Java, in my eyes they offer the ultimate Gourmet Coffee experience, starting with their innovative roast-to-order process. Coffee is considered “Roaster Fresh” for approximately 45 days after roasting. To ensure you get the best cup of coffee, they don’t start roasting until you order. They have this really cute usp (unique selling point) where they label each bag with the date your coffee was roasted on or “born” and each bag has a picture of a stork and certificate showing when the coffee was “born”. Coffee that tastes as good as it smells, Boca Java makes a lovely treat, perfect for the coffee & marshmallow diet, but it also makes a lovely gift.
