Delivery
We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Returns
We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.

If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. To set up a return please call the toll-free phone number provided on your order receipt. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new unused.

Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes a few weeks.

Replacements
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send you replacements free of charge.
