The basic principle of the Coffee and Marshmallow Diet is to eat what you like for breakfast, lunch and dinner but when snacking between meals just stick to Coffee & Marshmallows. The Coffee will suppress your appetite and give you an energy boost to burn some extra calories whilst the marshmallows will satisfy any sweet cravings you may have as well as giving you a sugar rush to help enhance that energy boost.

I have found the easiest thing for me is to plan a week in advance. I sit down with my notepad and choose a breakfast for each day of the week, a lunch for each day of the week and a dinner for each day of the week then I make my shopping list and order my groceries online from Tesco.
A Shopping List Template is provided so you can cross off what you don’t need and print it off if you prefer to visit an actual store. I like grocery shopping online because I find I am more disciplined with what I purchase and how much I spend.
